Tired of tearing up soft plastic fittings with a metal wrench? Be a pro and use the right tool for toilet valve or PVC fittings.
Usage Notes: For a positive fit on larger nuts to prevent slippage, the outer jaws are designed to stretch slightly for a tight interference fit. To engage the jaw over this type of nut, clip the forward end of the jaw over the flat of the nut, hold it down with one hand and then pull out and down on the handle with the the other hand to snap the rear end of the jaw down over the opposing flat. The jaw can also be warmed in hot water or with a hair dryer for more give. Once fitted over the nut, the wrench is locked down and can be turned as required to tighten or loosen the nut with one hand, while the other hand is used to hold or position the valve.

Perfect hard to find tool . . . jaws grip well and don’t scar up the plastic fittings. Interference fit means that the jaw stretches slightly and locks onto the nut so that the wrench stays in position for one hand loosening or tightening. Other hand is free to adjust or align valve as required. Now a permanent part of my tool box . . . Thanks, MJH

I’m a plumber and can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to repair broken fittings due to a homeowner using the wrong steel pipe wrenches or whatever on plastic toilet fittings. This plastic wrench is strong, well made and a must have for toilet or other PVC pipe work. Even if only used one time for a toilet tank rebuild job, it will do the job right and save on the cost and frustration of having to go back and fix anything that gets broken. Highly recommend for DIY toilet kits . . . A1 Plumbers, NJ
