Warranty and Returns

All dual-flush and plumbing hardware kits from Water Saver Products, LLC include a 30-Day Return privilege on UNOPENED seal bags or tamper proof boxes and a minimum 90-Day Limited Warranty on defective or product failures with proof of purchase.  Any new item returns must be received in their original undamaged condition with all parts and in their original shipping packages for any refund amount to apply. 

Shipping insurance is recommended for any returns to cover lost packages or any damage during transit.

Refunds do not include any shipping costs, payment processor or applicable restock fees, which will vary from 10% to 50% depending on return condition as described above. Warranty return credit is pro-rated to the usage period for the device and any failures due to abuse, such as broken flush handles, harsh water conditions, tank cleaners or other misuse are not covered.  For other specialty products, refer to the included Warranty Certificate for details.

PLEASE NOTE:  PERSONAL HYGIENE SANITARY products are NOT RETURNABLE FOR REFUND once opened, except for Warranty returns.   No returns accepted beyond 30 days from the original postmarked delivery date or approved return date, except for Warranty replacement.  Warranty returns are accepted for any opened and/or installed product which is found to be defective or fails within the warranty period and will be replaced at the pro-rated cost, not including any shipping costs.

Return Instructions

We offer easy general and warranty replacement returns, so no prior approval or return number is required.  There is also no need to return an entire kit or any piece parts for warranty replacement.  Simply return the defective or failed part along with the original order number and/or buyer name for order lookup with a brief description of the problem.

Return and Refund Notes

We are not responsible for incorrect fit, part selections or installation problems, so check your toilet or faucet dimensions carefully, ask any questions and consult with a plumber prior to purchase as required.  Most all products are packaged in clear plastic seal bags and include installation instructions outside the item packaging for the convenience of inspection and fit matching prior to installation.
