Nothing is more annoying when buying online than being overcharged for shipping or for an item that is offered with “free shipping” . . .

We don’t offer “free shipping” because there is no such thing . . . any business offering “free shipping” is simply marking up all of its products accordingly and everyone pays that same higher cost with no shipping options, regardless of location.  So in fairness to all of our customers, we only charge the ACTUAL SHIPPING COST by total weight to that destination and also offer various shipping options.  There are no markup or handling fees and delivery is fully GUARANTEED . . . if an item is lost or broken in shipment, we will send an immediate replacement or refund!

Before any order is placed, the Shipping Calculator at Checkout will show the shipping options by zip code.  If the order is a mixed set of items, the shipping cost may not calculate correctly, but any shipping overage will be REFUNDED!

  • Items up to 13 ounces can be shipped USPS First Class Mail Package Rate for the lowest cost (3 – 5 Day Delivery)
  • Items up to 10 pounds can be shipped USPS Priority Mail (2 – 3 Day Delivery) or Priority Express (Overnight)
  • Larger orders not suitable or too costly for US Postal Service shipping can be shipped UPS Ground (2 – 6 Day Delivery)

We are proud to support the US Postal system whenever possible and use safe Bulk Packaging with Recycled Materials wherever possible . . . Styrofoam peanuts, blister packs and other excess retail packaging is minimized or avoided.

Order Processing Time and Shipping Delays

Most orders for standard products are processed on the same day and shipped on the next business day.  However, many of our products and kits require 1 – 2 days for processing and assembly, so plan accordingly and factor additional time into order delivery expectations regardless of the shipping method chosen at check out.  Also note that all shipping carriers can have unexpected delays in delivery for a variety of reasons, so once we ship an order and have a track number, the actual delivery date is out of our control and not a reason for a replacement shipment or refund unless the package is confirmed lost.

1) We ship USPS First Class, Priority, Priority Express or UPS as ordered and ONLY CHARGE the ACTUAL RATE
2) Shipping overcharges due to incorrect calculations or combined items will be REFUNDED
3) Delivery is GUARANTEED or the item will be REPLACED or REFUNDED

Note that shipping costs outside the US can be high and other duties or fees may be charged upon delivery that are out of our control.  The shipping options and cost to the international address are shown before there is any obligation to complete the checkout and payment process.  However, there is no way for us to know what other charges may apply, so it is a good idea to then check with your local post office or customs import authorities to find out what other costs may apply.

Due to the costs and complexities of international shipments, including possible loss or seizure, delivery is NOT GUARANTEED, NO RETURNS will be accepted and NO REFUNDS will be applied.

We will make every effort to properly ship international orders, but please make sure to order the correct item(s) and consider the risks involved, including COMPLETE LOSS of the ITEM(S) and COMPLETE LOSS of the amounts paid.  By placing an order to an international ship address, you UNDERSTAND and ACCEPT these terms.
