Privacy Policy
Customer information will ONLY be used for the purposes of order completion and limited special offers . . . it will NOT be sold or used outside of our business. Credit card payments are sent securely to a third party payment processor. No credit card information is ever sent to us or retained by the credit card processor beyond the refund period.
Shipping
Nothing is more annoying when buying online than being overcharged for shipping . . .
We only charge the ACTUAL SHIPPING COST by total weight – no markup or handling fees and delivery is fully GUARANTEED . . . If an item is lost or broken in shipment, you get an immediate replacement or refund.
Use the Shipping Calculator at Checkout to choose the desired ship method and to determine ship cost by zip code. Certain combinations of items my result in an inaccurate shipping calculation, but any shipping overage will be REFUNDED . . . Contact us if you have any questions about the ship cost or feel you have been overcharged for shipping.
Order Changes or Cancellations
For best customer service and minimum wait time, all orders are processed immediately through our automated systems and then transported to the appropriate shipping carrier within hours. Consequently, we may or may not be able to change or cancel any given order once placed, so be sure to review your order carefully and contact us in advance of order placement with any questions.
Refunds due to order changes or cancellations do not include shipping, applicable restock fees or any cancellation fees charged by our payment and shipping processors.
Returns & Warranty
All dual flush and plumbing hardware kits are packaged in clear sanitary seal bags or tamper proof boxes with their instructions on the outside for the convenience of inspection and fit matching prior to installation. We are not responsible for incorrect fit, part selections or installation problems, so check your toilet or faucet dimensions carefully, ask any questions or consult with a plumber or knowledgeable installer prior to purchase as required. All products include a 30 Day Return privilege on UNOPENED devices and a Limited Warranty on defective products with proof of purchase. Refer to the Warranty Certificate included with each product for details.
No returns accepted beyond 30 days from the original postmarked delivery date or approved return date. Due to sanitation restrictions on personal hygiene products, no returns accepted for opened seal bags or opened tamper proof boxes, except for warranty replacement (see Warranty and Returns for more detail). Refunds for courtesy or warranty returns do not include any shipping costs, payment processor or applicable restock fees, which will vary from 10% to 50% depending on pro-rated usage and item condition upon receipt.

Technical Support
These are DIY installation products which require basic plumbing skills and common tools. General instructions and online videos are provided to assist, but due to the wide variety of toilet and faucet configurations, specific installation details may vary. Non-standard fixtures may require extra parts or a third party adapter or fitting not supplied with a given kit. Search this website or online for more details on installation and setup. Specific technical questions are answered via email in order of receipt and all suggestions or advice are offered in a “best effort” manner and without any guarantee of accuracy.
Liability Limitations
WSP is not liable for any damages that result from the failure of any device, including but not limited to water damage. Under no circumstances will WSP be liable for more than the amount of the device purchase price and not to exceed the current list price. WSP specifically disclaims all other warranties, expressed or implied, and the user shall deem the purchase, installation or use of any product an acceptance of these terms.
